Teachers Union Gas stake rallied on Monday (January 13) from Press club to Sindh assembly in favor of their demands but police did not let the rally go to Sindh assembly in Pakistan’s commercial city Karachi.

Rally was attended by large number of teachers. 

Protesters were holding placards and banners in their hands and chanted slogans against the administration.

Teachers demanded that administration should start hiring teachers and should also give promotions to old ones.

After breaking all the barriers teachers reached Kabootar Chowk where a sit in protest was demonstrated

Leader of Gas stake Liaqat Ali said we will boycott the elections duty and vaccine campaign till our demands are met.

He also said sit in protests and hunger camps will be arranged in all Tehsils and the struggle will continue till the demands are met.
