Massive Fire Breaks Out at Plastic Warehouse
According to initial reports, the blaze broke out near Shahdara Mor on Main GT Road, close to Chishti Dawakhana. Upon receiving the alert, emergency teams from Rescue 1122 rushed to the scene with multiple fire brigade vehicles.
Authorities confirmed that the fire ignited in stored plastic materials inside the warehouse, intensifying the flames due to highly flammable content. Firefighters are currently engaged in efforts and contain the blaze.
Around 12 emergency vehicles and approximately 40 rescue personnel are actively participating in the firefighting operation. So far, no casualties have been reported.
Rescue officials stated that efforts to bring the fire under control are still ongoing, and cooling operations will follow once the flames are extinguished.
