Snatching Incident in Lahore
The incident took place in OPF Society, and CCTV footage of the crime has surfaced online. The footage shows the suspect approaching the girl on a motorcycle and snatching her mobile phone.
The victim attempted to resist and even tried to grab the suspect’s motorcycle from behind. However, she lost balance and fell to the ground, while the suspect managed to escape from the scene.
According to police, a case has been registered against an unidentified suspect on the complaint of the victim’s father. Authorities in Nawab Town stated that efforts are underway to trace and arrest the suspect using CCTV footage and other investigative methods.
Senior police officer Rana Hussain Tahir has taken notice of the incident and directed the SHO Nawab Town to ensure the immediate arrest of the suspect. Police officials have assured that the accused will be apprehended soon.
