Thunderstorms Expected in Karachi and Sindh on Monday
According to the Early Warning Center, a new western weather system is likely to enter Balochistan, which will influence weather conditions across the region. Under its impact, rain accompanied by thunder and lightning is expected on April 6 in Karachi and various rural parts of Sindh.
Light to moderate rainfall with thunderstorms is predicted in different areas of Karachi. The Met Office has also warned that strong winds, lightning, and possible hailstorms may pose risks, potentially causing damage to weak structures.
It is worth noting that on April 2, heavy stormy rains caused significant damage across the city. Earlier forecasts had also predicted rainfall continuing through April 4.
