According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Afghan Taliban forces initiated unprovoked firing, prompting an immediate and forceful response by Pakistani security forces. 133 Afghan Taliban militants killed, Over 200 injured, 27 check posts destroyed and 7 posts captured. More than 50 tanks, artillery guns, and APCs destroyed.
