Most Wanted Robbers Arrested
According to police, SHO Faisal Town Afzal Rauf, along with his team, conducted a successful operation to apprehend the suspects. The arrest was made using modern technology and CCTV footage. SP Model Town Shehrbano Naqvi had assigned a special task to the SHO to trace and arrest the gang.
A few days ago, the suspects reportedly held a family hostage during a robbery at a house in Faisal Town. CCTV footage shows the suspects entering and leaving the house.
Police said the suspects are brothers who used to wear a burqa and pose as a husband and wife to gain access to residential areas without raising suspicion. Authorities claim the group has been involved in more than 47 incidents of theft, robbery, and house burglary.
Two pistols and mobile phones were recovered from the accused, identified as Adil, Ahmed, and Ateeq.
Cases have been registered against the three suspects, and they have been handed over to the investigation wing for further legal proceedings.
