A case has been launched against two Indian intelligence agency RAW agents for spying on Kashmiris and Sikhs based in Germany.
According to a foreign news agency, an Indian couple have been arrested on suspicion of spying for Sikh and Kashmiri militants in Germany, including 50-year-old Man Mohan and his 51-year-old wife, Kunal Jit.
Both spouses have been spying for RAW, an Indian intelligence agency since 2015.
It should be noted that spying of citizens in Germany is a serious crime and if convicted, the accused could face up to 10 years in prison.
