Karachi- MQM Submits Petition in SHC

mqm files petition against extra judicial killing of mohammad adil in pakistan’s karachi.

MQM filed a petition on Thursday(February 13) against the extra judicial killing of a party worker Mohammad Adil in Sindh High court Karachi. 


 


Petition was submitted by MQM Senator Nasreen Jaleel.


 


Petition is submitted against Sindh government and law enforcement agencies.


 


MQM leader Nasreen Jalil, while speaking to the media, said Adil was arrested from his house, tortured in police custody and released in a very bad condition.


Adil was admitted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital where he was on life support for a few days before he succumbed to his injuries on February 8.



The MQM leader claimed that 11 of the party members have become victims of extra-judicial killings while 45 others were arrested illegally and are now missing.
