Anti-Terrorism Court adjourns Benazir Bhutto murder case till Sept 3
Story: The Anti-Terrorism Court in Rawalpindi on Tuesday adjourned the hearing of Benazir Bhutto murder case till September 3, a prosecution lawyer said.
The ATC judge Chaudhry Habib ur Rehman heard the case today during which a witness of the incident recorded his statement.
Before adjourning the case till September 3, the court issued summons to more witnesses and three doctors, who had conducted the postmortem of slain PPP leader, to appear on the next hearing.
The public prosecutor Mohammad Azhar Chaudhry told media that the witness who appeared before the court today was examined by the prosecution and defence lawyers.
The ATC last week charged former military ruler Pervez Musharraf, and six other accused in the same case, when he was produced in the court. However, he denied the charges.
