pakistani shiites condemn attack on sayyeda zainab's shrine in syria.
Pakistani Shiites have staged protest across the country to condemn attack on Sayyeda Zainab’s shrine in Syria on Saturday.
Pasban-e-Aza held a protest demonstration outside Karachi Press Club.
Addressing the participants of protest, S.M Haider, Chairman of Pasban-e-Aza Pakistan, said that the attack on shrine of Syeda Zainab is a conspiracy to hurt the sentiments of the whole Muslim Umma.
He appealed the Syrian government and the Islamic world that those involved in the attack should be brought to justice.
A rocket strike on Sayyeda Zainab’s shrine in Syria’s Damascus killed a custodian of Sayyeda Zainab on Friday.
The Syrian government accuses foreign backed militants of targeting Sayyeda Zainab’s shrine, which is now protected by hundreds of Shia militants from Iraq and the powerful Lebanese Hezbollah group.
